Citrus Juicers
Citrus Juicers are, as the name implies, for juicing citrus fruits such as oranges, lemons, limes, grapefruit and the like. Some models are purely manual and some are electric.

Power Juice Extractors
Power Juice Extractors come in three main styles:
Centrifugal Juicing Machines
Centrifugal Juicing Machines grate or grind up food into a fine pulp and then spin the pulp at high speeds to extract the juice. They are suitable for most fruits and vegetables.

Single Gear Masticating Juicers
Masticating Juicer Machines have a single auger gear that grinds up food to extract the juice. They generally yield more juice from the same amount of raw food compared to centrifugal juicers, hence, they are more efficient. Some are also good for making baby food, nut butters, fruit sorbets and pates.

Twin Gear Triturating Juicers
Triturating Juicing Machines are designed so that the food passes between two interlocking gears that grind and mash the food fibres, yielding the greatest quantity of juice. They are also good for making baby food, nut butters, fruit sorbets and pates.
