A note about the natural herb flavors
The kits come in two natural herb flavors - ginger and peppermint. The ginger is a bit spicy and can cause some people to have some reaction, such as a feeling of hot flashes. However, if you are cold-natured, the ginger may be a good choice for you. Most men do fine with the ginger, although some women have reported difficulties with it.
