Excalibur sheets are solid, reusable sheets made with Dupont Teflon. ParaFlexx® sheets have 25% more coating for increased durability and strength to withstand years of heavy-duty use. Clean-up is a snap.
Unlike parchment paper or plastic wrap that often becomes stuck to the food, ParaFlexx® sheets are 100% non-stick allowing even the most stickiest of foods to just peel right off. ParaFlexx® sheets are also FDA approved and are temperature rated up to 500°F so they can be used as baking sheet liners.
The 14 x 14 sheets fit the Excalibur EXC-2500 and EXC-2900 models.
